This is a beginner yoga class that incorporates physical movement, breathing techniques,
meditation & journaling. The cost is $8 per class. Yoga means “union” and focuses on the balance of body, mind and spirit. The benefits of practicing yoga include stress reduction, relaxation, increased range of motion, increased self-esteem andincreased body awareness. We deepen our relationship with God through prayer and meditation, and learn ways to stay “present” as wetrust God with our past and future. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Also feel free to bring your Bible, journal & pen.
